Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we gladly offer free returns and refunds within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. Returns shipped after 30 days will not be accepted. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned.
To start your return, please notify us by sending us an email at piopiochildren@gmail.com. Once your return has been approved, we will notify you and send you a return label by email.
Please make sure your items are returned in their original condition and are unused, unwashed and with tags attached. Shoes must be unworn and in their original box. All items will be inspected upon receipt. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, we will ship the replacement items at no additional cost to you. If you have opted to be refunded, please allow 5 business days for the refund to be issued.
Please note items may only be returned once – replaced items may not be returned.

Shipping Policy
We strive to fulfill your orders as soon as possible. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to ship.
Placed orders cannot be cancelled.
We offer free domestic shipping for orders over $80.
Pio Pio Kids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
For international packages, all applicable duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
